After seven years as an analyst in the airline industry, Phil began his career at Enrich (then Gissings Advisory Services) in March 2002 and spent over 2 years as a developer within the IT team.

Phil continued his career with Liberata as an IT Team Leader before returning to Enrich in July 2006 as Data and IT Project Manager.  By combining his experience of project management with his IT skills he progressed to IT Manager and is now Head of IT and Special Projects.
