Enrich has won the prestigious Best Group Risk Intermediary award at the Health Insurance & Protection Awards 2010 after presenting a case study outlining their work using their Care Support Service (CSS) for a large international bank.
CSS acts as the key interface for all referrals between employee benefits services such as private GP and rehabilitation services, substantially reducing the incidence of claimants on the income protection scheme substantially. Absence management across the business was also seamlessly integrated into existing HR and payroll processes and Enrich also delivered training sessions to HR business partners, payroll team, HR team and benefits & rewards team. This approach helped to ensure a consistent approach and a full understanding of the objectives and outputs from all stakeholders within the business.
Robert Gogel, CEO of Enrich, commented: ‘We are thrilled to have won the Best Group Risk Intermediary award which highlights our commitment to provide our clients with unprecedented service levels as well as value for money. In this case, our client was able to save more than £250,000 across all benefits and also profit from increased employee motivation and wellbeing.'
